You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

The Player will be refunded the original stake amount.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded to the Player's account.
